It was coward attack by militants (alias terrorist ) ; which badly hurts the Indian belief in harmony and friendship with terror based country , who is responsible for this attack . Although India had raised this concern earlier too in G20 meet , SAARC nation and on global level , despite of that no action by terror based neighbour country in rectify their mistakes .
