Globalization is boon or bane for India

Globalization is about the flow of ideas, capital, commodities, people and culture.
India's unique cultural diversity is recognized and appreciated all over the world.

Globalization has influenced indian culture to a vast extent

1)influences on family which is now more tending towards nuclear family

2)Adulteration of Indian values , tradition , culture .

3)Fashionistas:wearing 'suit' in marriage during summer!

4)More importance to foreign languages than indigenous ones.

5)prejudices youth in case of agriculture sector

6)adoption of wetern ideology

Although these aspects seem to be negative but globalization also has positive facets :

1)Opinionated but understanding individuals - flow of ideas across the world has given a new perspective and enhanced rational thinking.

2)Demand for equality - whether true or false, but Indian culture is patriarchal, globalization has awakened the sense of equality and increase in participation of women is positive sign for the developing nations.

3)It has allowed the spread of ideas, languages and products which were "alien" to the remote areas of our country.

4)Indian culture is being adopted by many foreigners (eg:learning of classical dance and Indian music)

5)It has allowed the people to become familiar with culture of other countries, allowing greater understanding.

Moreover, globalization is nothing but advocating the sanskrit quote "vasudevakutumbakam" i.e-the world is one family. As said by Gandhiji, "A nation's culture resides in the hearts and soul of its people", hence it's "our" culture and "we" should respect and know how to preserve and spread it across the globe. Therefore, in spite of modifications in indian culture, the core of cultural diversity in india will always remain unique and unchanged.

Time to annihilate poverty

UN defines poverty as"a denial of choices and opportunities, a violation of human dignity.

It means lack of basic capacity to participate effectively in society ".

The main cause of poverty is deprivation. Deprivation in health aspects, education and living standard. There are thousands of poor suffering from diseases due to lack of awareness, education and health consciousness. Deprivation of opportunities leads to unemployment which ultimately leads to poverty hence it is like the unending chain of recurrence.

This results into lack of participation and hence they can't play a well defined role in society which is the violation of their dignity.

All these issues needs to be addressed.

1)Government has undertaken various schemes such as PMJDY, MGNREGA, DAY, MKSP, DDUGKY, PMKVY, etc.

2)UN-Sustainable Development Goals :Goal1-no poverty

3)Quality education

4)proper implementation of schemes.

5)Equal opportunity and participation

6)encourage women empowerment

7)awareness of social right

8)ethical approach and empathy of "high class" people towards the lower ones.

9)Global citizen festival - encouraged awareness amongst the youth with respect to poverty

Hence the ignorance, lack of education , opportunities and information needs to be addressed in order to eradicate poverty and this will help to liberate poor from the process of deprivation.

EDUCATION Reforms in India

KOTHARI commission in post war era to our first NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY and now on the new one which are ready to tabled in parliament has achieved less but certainly pave a road to go on .there are numerous reasons which have came across by hindu which can be tackled if political will and 100 million for 100 million campaign by kailash satyarthi can be utilized by young indians.

We must have to encounter the basic problems of indian education system.

1.we have to achieved 96% of enrollment age in 6 to 14 year. which is a good goal to achieve. however we have high dropout rates specially after 5 class mainly in girls.

2.poverty , availability, accessibility (PAA) are the major reasons for high dropout and sometimes they never get an enrollment and this particular problem in severe form if we talk about minority and most backward classes.

3.segregating the problems we find out that in case of girls there is marriage , DOMESTIC ACTIVITY ,lack OF INFRASTRUCTURE LIKE TOILETS FOR GIRLS , discrimination by PARENTS ,TEACHERS.
lack of motivation and challenge is to convince the mothers to send their girls to school who herself have never been in school. in case of boys it is ECONOMIC ACTIVITY mostly.and in common both face LOCAL ,SOCIAL, CULTURAL FACTORS LIKE migration for daily wagers.

4.quality of education is DETRIMENTAL since our education system is following COLONIAL ERA OF ROTE LEARNING METHOD.

5.ABSENTEEISM OF TEACHERS and techers POOR QUALITY OF TEACHING due to lack training is another factor.

Although we have numerous problems but yes we have lakhs of solution like.

1. To get rid of this ROTE LEARNING there is a new and innovative method of ACTIVITY BASED LEARNING the only need is to make a CURRICULLA.

2. govt schemes and incentives like BETI BACHAO , BETI PADHAO , SARVA SIKHSHA ABHIYAN , PADHE BHARAT , BADHE BHARAT , RIGHT TO EDUCATION for elementary education.

 3. Integration of small school into a big one can tackle teachers shortage like ADARSH SCHOOL program in rajasthan.

4.A REGULATING BODY AT A BLOCK LEVEL dedicated to education reforms and deal with unregulated private schools .

5 ANGANWADI workers , EDUCATION VOLUNTEERS, compulsory education ,non residential schools in vicinity , behaviour change and at last political and social will can definitely help in acheiving highly skilled and students who are ready for DIGITAL ERA.

we hope our new NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2016 with all these and others world class education schemes going to help in MAKE India a better place to educate and get educated. comments are most welcome..

Indias needs

Today India's needs are increasing exponentially with its peculiar problems and required as of demographic needs. The population is growing , challanges like unemployment is big concern for India . But recent steps in the form of promoting manfacturing industries and giving importance to farmer through crop insurence scheme , subsidies , and target to double the income are good initiatives . Start up India stand up India and many further which empower weaker section of society.

As of now regional influence is important , our neighborhood should well in control and not engaged with other countries like China. China in asia could be the biggest economic threat.

Basic Propriety(sistachar) for good livelihood

It should be indispensable and quintessential to incorporate in life for better livelihood as Buddhist gave eight fold path to live a good life . The eight fold path including:

Right understanding ,
Right concentration ,
Right livelihood ,
Right action ,
Right mindfulness,
Right effort,
Right speech,
Right thought .

Budha very well said that desire is cause of sorrow , and if you want to fullfill desire so opt these eight fold path. As everyone knows with great effort , hardwork , strong willpower ,risk taking person can easily reach to higher pedestal .

Lets take a concrete example , today we are seeing the glamour associated world and we feel that they are highly educated because they know english , they are attending big parties but to be very honest its all are fake happiness and materialistic , which decline very soon . So happiness should come from when you are able to make happy others . If you are able to contribute something back to society.

Good educated people are well harness their empirical thought and rational in their approach . They are talented not because they have degree , but because they are good human beings . They feel the pains of others . Ofcourse belief in god and almighty also bring concentration and peace , which is very useful for work.
